Pneumatic Transport of Bulk Materials
We design and install pneumatic transport of various bulk materials, both vacuum (negative-pressure) and pressure systems. The material is conveyed through a pipeline by air, from the point where it is taken to the point where it is needed.
Advantages over conventional transport
- it can run in all directions,
- it requires little space,
- it keeps material spillage to a minimum,
- it provides the best hygienic conditions,
- it allows a high degree of automation,
- it can convey material from several points to one and vice versa.
Vacuum and pressure transport
We build both types. In a vacuum system the material is drawn into the pipeline, and in a pressure system it is pushed by compressed air. Which one suits your plant depends on the material, the distance and the number of pick-up points, so we determine it during design.
How we work
We design and install the system as a whole: from the design, through equipment installation, to automation. Transport is often combined with a dust collector, which cleans the air at the end of the line.
